We understand that purchasing artwork online can occasionally present unforeseen circumstances. To address this, Art Classics Ltd has a flexible return policy. If, upon receiving your artwork, you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. It is important to note that custom-made or personalized artworks cannot be returned.
